Refund Policy

This policy covers refunds for ShopyPluz platform subscription fees. For refunds on products purchased from merchant stores, please contact the merchant directly.

Subscription Fees

Pro Plan (₹999/month)

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • You may cancel anytime from Settings → Payments
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused days in a billing period
  • If you cancel on day 5 of a 30-day cycle, your store remains active until day 30

Refunds We Offer

We will issue a full refund if:

  • You were charged twice for the same period (billing error)
  • Your account was suspended due to our error
  • You cancel within 7 days of your first Pro subscription (first-time subscriber guarantee)

We do NOT refund:

  • Subscription fees after 7 days of the billing period
  • Commission fees already deducted from orders
  • Fees for accounts suspended due to Terms violations

How to Request a Refund

Email support@shopypluz.com with:

  • Your registered email address
  • The billing date and amount
  • Reason for refund request

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Merchant Customer Refunds

ShopyPluz does not handle refunds between merchants and their customers. Each merchant sets their own refund policy (available on their store's Refund Policy page).
